- Processing back-end requests from customers (including returns, billing issues, order processing etc...).
- Communicating with customers through email (in English).
- Communicating with our suppliers abroad.
- Inter-department communication.
- Computer literate/ computer savvy
- Basic office programs
- High to native level written English
- Previous back-office/CS experience - an advantage!
