We are currently seeking a professional full-time office administrator with excellent American English communication skills to join our growing team in Tel Aviv.
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer service and client communication
• Managing emails, phone calls, and project follow-ups
• Assisting with quotations, invoices, and order processing
• Coordinating shipments and deliveries
• Working with designers, contractors, and international clients
• General office administration and scheduling
Requirements:
• Fluent American English — written and spoken
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Full-time availability in our Tel Aviv office
• Experience with office administration or sales support preferred
• Professional attitude and customer service skills
